Question 1

How does online training work?

Accepted Answer

Each course is made up of short video modules with a quick quiz between each one. After completing every module you take a final multiple-choice assessment, and on passing your certificate is issued automatically.

Question 2

Are the certificates accredited and recognised?

Accepted Answer

Our courses are aligned to recognised UK standards such as CPD and RoSPA. Certificates are widely accepted by employers and can be independently verified online by QR code or unique ID.

Question 3

How long do I have access to a course?

Accepted Answer

Your account stays active after purchase, so you can revisit your courses and certificates any time and buy more courses with the same login.

Question 4

Can I train my whole team?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Businesses can buy licences and use a dedicated company admin panel to add employees, assign training and track completion and certification.

Question 5

What happens if I don't pass the exam?

Accepted Answer

You can retake the assessment up to three times. If all three attempts are unsuccessful you revisit the training modules before trying again.
